Since 1987, we have been developing and producing innovative safety and industrial packaging in the second generation. From Enger (NRW) and Hamburg, over 70 dedicated employees serve customers throughout Europe.

We combine cost-effectiveness with responsibility. Each film is optimized in thickness, material mix, and recycled content so that CO₂ footprint, storage, and disposal costs measurably decrease – without compromising on protective function.

Sustainability that works
- Re-Lease circular system: collection of used films sorted by type and reprocessing into new material.
- Up to 50% recycled content in high-performance films without quality loss.
- PV park 100 kWp / 1,200 m² covers in-house power requirements and saves approx. 60 t CO₂ per year.
- Electric service fleet and E-trucks for emissions-free delivery of our products.

ISO-certified since 1992. Modern Coex systems with up to five layers for the production of high-tech films.

1987
Foundation
Safe Pack is founded for the safety and climate protection packaging sector.
1989
Conversion into a limited liability company
The focus is shifting to the sale of ecologically optimised consumer goods packaging.
1993
The Brand SafeFlex
Production in the new federal states with SafeFlex products.
1995
Moving
Moving to the logistics center in Bad Salzuflen.
2001
COEX Facility
Commissioning of the Brampton COEX system with thermal separation for the production of VCI films
2003
Production Expansion
One of the largest Coex systems in Europe with an hourly throughput of 530 kg expands our production.
2007
Takeover of the Schwarz company
Takeover of the company Schwartz GmbH in Bergheim. Expansion of our logistics centre.
2008
Stretchfilm
We produce bundle stretch films/hand rolls on modern machines at short notice in any desired film width in corresponding thicknesses and running lengths on any possible core.
2009
Takeover of the Kinox company
Takeover of the twin-wall sheet division of Kinox Verpackung GmbH in Hattingen.
2010
Surface protection
Development of the protective materials division for shipbuilding.
2011
Relocation to Enger
Relocation and expansion of the company site to Enger.
2012
25 years of Safe Pack
25th anniversary of Safe Pack Sicherheitsverpackungen GmbH.
2013
Photovoltaics
Commissioning of the photovoltaic system with an output of 100 kwp.

Product launch
Introduction of our own desiccant/dehumidifier products

Hamburg location
Opening of the branch office in Hamburg.
